Sommers Surf Lesson
At Sommer's Surf School, founder and instructor Michelle is commited to teaching women how to surf through one-on-on or group instruction. All lessons operate off of the beaches at Fenwick Island in Delaware. In addition to Sommer's Delaware location, check out the Maryland locations.
Lessons are 1 hour in length, and every additional hour is discounted.
In addition to traditional surf lessons, Michelle and Sommer's also offers women's mini-camps. 2-Day Camps provide a 2-hour lesson for two consecutive days to immerse the student in surfing. The camp includes a surfboard, t-shirt and photos taken from the beach!
Also check out the One-Day Refresher Camp. This course is intended for returning students to begin their summer surfing season out with a refresher course covering all of the basics and any skills that need refining.

Sommer's offers a babysitting service on the beach for those who wish to surf but can't leave the little ones behind! Also ask about their photography services to make sure you document every wave!

Michelle emphasizes one-on-one instruction with a focus on safety as well as technique. She began surfing later in life and knows what it is like to start something new as an adult. Her patience and experience teaching women to surf provides for a safe, fun and unique surfing environment!
